Jujamcyn Theaters is committed to the health and safety of our audiences, performers, and staff. The St. James Theatre ventilation systems are enhanced with MERV13 filters, and rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place. At this time, masks for guests are encouraged, but not required.
Specific health and safety protocols for New York, New York have not yet been announced. Please check for updates on Jujamcyn.com in advance of your performance date. Ticket holders who do not comply with theatre protocols will not be admitted.
New York, New York is recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.

While some theatre goers do get dressed up for their visit to our theatres, you are welcome to wear what makes you most comfortable. Keep in mind that our theatres are kept cool year-round, so you may want to bring a sweater.
NEW YORK, NEW YORK Rush Tickets are available every day when the box office opens on a first-come, first-served basis for $30 each. Seats are subject to availability and limited to 2 tickets per person.
Powered by Lucky Seat, a limited number of tickets will be available via Digital Lottery for every performance of NEW YORK, NEW YORK for $30 each, plus a $5 service charge per ticket. Digital lotteries are accepted until 10:30 AM ET the day prior to the performance. Winners will be notified at approximately 11 AM ET the day prior to the performance via email and SMS. Once notified, winners will have a limited time to claim and pay for their ticket(s). Lottery entrants must be 18 years or older. Tickets are non-transferable and limited to 2 tickets per person.
